UPDATE (video): Confusion – Wrong Machine Delivered – 7:45

Poll workers at Ward 53 Division 12 learned this morning that they had been delivered the machine intended for Ward 55 Division 14; down-ticket candidates inaccurate.

How many voters were denied the opportunity to vote for local candidates? How may ballots were cast for the wrong candidates?
