ACORN transvestite illegal voter arraigned on vote fraud charges.

Darnell Nash was arraigned Friday morning on charges of illegal voting, false registration and tampering with records.  The 24-year-old Cleveland man is accused registering to vote nine time between May 31 and Sept. 30 last year using fraudulent names and addresses in Shaker Heights and Cleveland.He used the names Maria Sanchez, Nick Slayona, Nicol Stewart, Niki Nash and Sandasha Nash, according to court records.

Nash was a no-show at a board hearing in October where he was subpoenaed to testify with other repeat registrants.  At the hearing, board workers said they had contacted Nash during the summer and told him to stop registering, yet on Sept. 30 he signed up again and voted early using a false address on Lee Road in Shaker Heights.

The indictment of Darnell Nash was the first by the Cuyahoga County prosecutor’s office from a seven-month investigation of voter registration practices focusing on ACORN.

This indictment is not Nash’s first.  Nash, 24, who has a criminal record as a man, is a transsexual escort who claims to make $150 an hour turning tricks as the self-proclaimed “Queen of Cleveland Gender Benders.” Last September, working as “Sexy Slay”, Nash was busted for scamming local college students in a fake loan-program scheme that allowed him access to the kids’ checking accounts.

Back in October, when this story, first came to light, Darnell took the accusations so seriously, he flashed a Cleveland reporter.

With Nash’s voter registration history and his penchant to obtain confidential information for illegal purposes, he sounds like a perfect fit for ACORN’s census canvassing project.
